Very satisfied w personal service of this family-owned business. Always better than big chains. Attentive, fast, good quality, comfortable wait area, and excellent pricing.
I dropped and picked up my truck after hours. They left the inside of my truck filthy! It took multiple phone calls and voincemails to get answers on the filth left behind. John wanted me to come back so that they could clean it. A 40 minute drive or 80 minutes round trip, I declined. He apologized. 2.499 star review, only because I got the windshield I wanted. Would I recommend this shop, sure. But be aware, the inside of your vehicle might be filthy. Estimate a few hours to clean it. Please see my pictures.
A great family owned business! Happy with the work they've recently done however do be aware as others have noted, there isn't a whole lot of care to prevent grease/marks/scratches on seats and plastic components of vehicle. Some of these marks aren't removeable and others take a long time to finally get rid of. A blanket or covering of some sort would be nice if they aren't going to go through the vehicle and clean up their work.
excellent service, John the owner was very helpful, got a quote from a bigger corporate, place much lower but didn't include the fact that my windshield needed recalibration. Also it was an hour away and another from a glass place in Vero but they only do collision work in Vero must travel to Ft Pierce for glass work., What a joy speaking to a human who explained everything, small shops keep America great. highly recommend Thanks
Being a dealership employee in the service department for the past 10 years I’ve used a lot of glass companies to sublet work to. American auto glass is by far the best. They’re very efficient, reliable, honest and professional. I couldn’t ask anymore from a company. Thank you guys for always taking care of me!
