I had 2 units that I was renting. The process getting setup for each was very smooth and easy. The staff were very helpful in working with us. We just recently closed the smaller of the two as we were able to consolidate into the larger one. Turning in the small unit was simple and fast. American Classic Storage kept us in the email loop on all off our monthly charges and advised us of price changes. I recommend them for anyone looking for a great storage experience. Thank you. Gary
Great service from start to finish. Had property in the air conditioned units since I was going to be overseas for an extended period. Everything was as I left it when I returned. No issues. No mold. No odd smell. Well taken care of units. Worth the investment.
What a nightmare. Purchased an abandoned unit at auction. It was a large unit full to the top at the door with boxes so we knew it was going to be a challenge but nothing could have prepared us for the reality of this disaster. As mentioned large unit full to the top with boxes, no furniture, just 3000 cubic feet of boxes, totes, and bags. And ants, and roaches, and rats, and silverfish, and spiders. Oh and earthworms. Crystal was the employee that I met in the office and was on hand during all my visits to the storage. She was courteous and professional each time and always willing to help. Her actions and assistance made me feel that my personal items were safe and secure. The location was always clean and the price was affordable.
