I made one phone call and spoke with a wonderful customer service rep. She was very helpful and in less than 10 minutes I had coverage on my classic Thunderbird! Clear, concise and personable, not a frustrating experience of waiting on hold and pressing buttons in an effort to speak to a human. Highly recommend 100%!
