Called to add another vehicle today. In the process of doing so I worked with a representative named Ella. She demonstrated excellent customer service skills. She was very detailed when reviewing my coverage. I’ve been a customer for over 30 years and currently have six collector cars with them. Once the coverage changes were completed I had had some “fine print” questions, I found her extremely knowledgeable of the details of collector car insurance coverage that an associate of mine found out the hard way!
