I’ve had a warranty for almost two years but never had a need to use it until today. My car was at the dealership and they were able to submit a claim on my behalf. I needed my car back quickly so I called ADAP to see if the processing of the claim could be expedited and Mark came good for me. Great customer service.

Mark, the rep I spoke with in regards to a mutual client, was phenomenal. Straight to the point and our clients best interest was in mind. I wish all extended warranties were this easy to deal with.
