Hired American fence thinking I would pay a little more and use a well established company to get a good quality job. This project was a nightmare. Installers poured 1/4 bags of dry concrete in the hole and packed dirt back on, set the post poorly and made for a wildly uneven fence. Also used the wrong gatepost that I paid extra for. They were overpriced but I thought I was paying for a professional job instead they took way longer than expected and cut my neighbor’s cable/internet. They clearly care more about the cash than the consumer.

As a responsible contractor that performs excavation on a daily basis, this is an unavoidable situation. It is made worse by the fact that we no control over the repair of the damaged utility. I have worked with this company for years. My salesman is a tremendous guys as well. Therein lies this issue that has made me decide to never do business with them again! We purchased a fence once again from them last fall, paid per contract as we always have. After we moved in they finished up and then I had some very severe medical issues which required multiple MRI's resulting in thousands of dollars in medical bills due.
