I'd say we'll shop again but they took such great care of us in replacing nearly every square foot of floor in our house so I hope I don't need to for awhile :) . If I do need any flooring I'll be back to American Flooring and sharing their name every chance a get. Great people who legitimately want to help you get the flooring materials you will love.

Just had carpet and tile replaced with a Mohawk wood laminate in our home in Fernandina Beach. The owner, Jeff, grew up in Dalton, Georgia, and earned his degree in Textiles from Georgia Tech (Go Jackets!) so he knows his products as well as surface preps. My installation was scheduled for the week after Hurricane Irma hit and I had purchased an airline ticket from Atlanta to Jacksonville several weeks prior in order to be in town for the job. Just had 4 bedrooms tiled. Absolutely beautiful. The installers were amazing. Ashleigh, Ryan and Jason were extremely hard working, professional and friendly. Will definitely have them back to do more !

So far, the experience has been excellent-from knowledgeable show room staff to experienced installers. Just had it installed 2 days ago but very happy and will recommend them.
Replaced the contract-grade carpet in all of the bedrooms...so glad I did! All of the staff were very pleasant and professional. Installers Darren and Josh were awesome! Fair to say I had a very positive experience so far with American Flooring, would easily recommend them.
