Horrible experience. The motor in my 2020 **** Fusion bit the dust with only ****** miles. **** to dealership, done a tear down, & they denied coverage even though the dealership told me it was all due to bearing failure, which is no where near my fault. I will be getting a lawyer. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
American Guardian vehicle warranty is the worst company ever. Dont use this company. I have made 2 claims with them and they denied both. The first was my shifter cable out. They said it was repetitive use and denied the claim. Now my front differential goes out. They said that since I did not video me doing the service/maintenance they would not cover the repairs. This company did not have any trouble taking my money when I bought the warranty. Dont use this company
This warranty is being sold as a bumper to bumper warranty, but when you go to use it they do not cover bumper to bumper. When I asked about it the said we do not sell it, and you can cancel if you want. No customer service at all.
Do not buy this warranty from RV dealership. I paid $9400 for 4 years after a year i had to use for inverter. They did a ****** search for a price from solar city who does not have any in stock & went with that price which was $600 lower than actual price. When i called customer service and explained it as not available @ solar city they told me it is what it is. over $9000 spent and thats how they answer you so i canceld rest of policy, They deducted cost of claim from rebate. Save your money... POS.... They said they covered 4x4 and all components... The locking assembly inside the hub broke.. They said, "We don't cover HUBS"... NEVER BUY THIS >>>EVER>..
This is absolutely hands down the worst warranty company. I would not recommend and I will never use them again. My motor went out on my ***** Tahoe the total cost of was 13000$ they paid 5000$ a total rip off and scam. That did not even cover the whole motor. Ive been without my truck for 2 months now.
I bought this insurance when I purchased my 2008 **** F350 King ***** truck, have had for a year and was out of town when transmission went out. had it repaired and files a claim to be denied "due to no reason for repair and no pre approval" . I filed all paper work according to automated system. Now they only want to pay $1600.00 of the original **** of $4122.00. Why would anyone want to pay for insurance to have it deny you. I do NOT indorse this company as good in any way. This is not insurance it is a SCAM
Do not get this warranty. These people are running a modern day scam. They got lawyers and people who go out to dealerships to build a case against you. They dont answer the phone half the time. They dont respond to email. I had to hire a lawyer to try to get my money back due a motor failed in my 2018 armada
I purchased a dodge grand caravan in october 2020, the only issue with the van was the back hatch was dented and rusted, dealer ship was aware of this issue, put it in our paperwork it was to be fixed, it was not. Fast forward 11/21 my tire blew and made my vehicle hit a guard rail, deemed totaled. Took 4 months for insurance to pay their part, while im still paying on a vehicle i dont have and **** stated they will not be paying the remaining ***** due to the damage that was previous to the accident.... aka the back hatch. ... read more
