Very responsive customer care representatives. AHS provides online easy service requests functionality with rapid responses and quick repair technician assignment.
I am NOT one to laud false praise, in fact, I’m generally the one to see issues and call them out, however, with AHS I cannot praise them highly enough! They have saved me thousands and they’ve made fixing issues so easy. I chose them after asking a friend who repairs appliances what comp y he’d recommend, and he immediately said AHS. They never argue a repair or replacement, and they make sure everything is done to my satisfaction. I would sing their praises to the world if I could!
