AHS is great for simple repairs but I’ve had to wait over a month for my hot water heater to be repaired or replaced.
They are right on top of things. They find someone that gets your problem fixed within 48 hours. I had to use them twice - 1st time was 48 hours and 2nd time was same day! Very pleased with American Home Shield.
