Good service but slow response. Call wait time to talk to real person over 25 minutes
Helpful. Sometimes the customer service rep isn't the friendliest. We were recommended a company for our AC because it went out and it was a 5 day wait in the middle of a FL summer. I wish they would check how busy a company is first. I called them back and they found a different company to come the same day. But we lost a whole day trying to coordinate.
Service was great, fast efficient, solved the problem!

The AHS agent was amazing and really through for us when our furnace failed.
They are efficient and so are the people they send to do the work.

Don't like that they increase the prices every year and don't advise you ahead of time, even though my contract says they are supposed to give you sixty days notice
This was a dryer repair and the waid was ok - however if AC and it happened on a Friday it wouldn't be good due to having to wait until a repairman could get out
