AHS has been very dependable and reasonably cost effective.

Decent service fixed my issues. I had 1 issue where the first service man did not show up.
Always accessible, easy, multiple methods of contact
Work order requests are turned in on-line. AHS is quick to notify the repair company & email me of which company has been assigned. But if you want to talk to a person on the phone, forget it. I have never had any success. I have been on hold for up to 1 hour on several occasions. The work has always been completed in a timely manner and I have never been charged more than the agreed upon $75 per repair order fee. Over all I am satisfied. But I would be extremely satisfied if the option to speak with a human was there.
Their online service request submission is very handy. No need to wait on the queue for a long time just to submit the request.
