Most of the time they have helped me, but this last time, I requested a water softener service and the person who attended did not know that they no longer had that service.

They responded promptly to my request for service, and technician who came to m home was courteous and resourceful. I learned a lot about my refrigerator.

I love AHS! I love the security and lack of worry I enjoy knowing my appliances and heat pump are covered. I've been in this house 14 years so many things have been breaking. This time it was my garbage disposal. The licensed plumber came quickly n did a great job. So thankful for my combo coverage!! Kathie J
