It is difficult to get in touch with a real person. There have been a couple incidences in which the contractors could not solve the problem, returning good times.
The day that I put in for a repair home shield was on top of it.they had me a contractor the same day i put in the repair order. The contractor called and told me what time he was coming over and he was right on time. The problem was fixed and he even gave me pointers how to prevent some of the problems. Thank you home shield
