We have been very please from AHS' quick response to our service calls, for assigning qualified local service companies to do the repair jobs and for the value of the policy.

The company is there for you.They put in that extra time to attend to your needs. If a situation should come up, they are there to help you. If it's something you want to prevent before anything happens, they are there to recommend a service for you.
Most claims have been OK. I started this policy about 18 years ago because I bought a house that had a number of systems. My first major failure was the well pump which was not covered. I subsequently added this coverage, and, of course no failures since. So far, inasmuch as I take better care of these systems than the average person, I have had no large claims.
