The second time I called with an issue on my dryer, the response time was excellent. My first time trying to use their service was in the first year of having my contract. I was having issues with my septic tank, but they were unable to find someone to service it. I called the company that put in our septic and had the issue fixed ourselves.

I have had some instances where I have not gotten quick response. I had an overpayment of 500 when I first sign in with the company and to date I have not been issued a refund. This is frustrating.
