We have checks and balances ......no one is perfect in this life......they do what is required of them.....and then some......we have been very lucky to have them ........we appreciate it when they tell you your appliance has had it..........and fixed those that are still viable......so yes 5 stars .....if you have any problem they will try to make it right ....that's just our experience with the individuals sent to us......
They fulfill their promises completely - no ducking their commitments. I've had three separate issues, and they were all handled professionally and without question.
Always responsive and reliable. Communication is excellent and service has always been timely. I've had to call several times and AHS has always come through.
