Have not denied any of my requests, and are very professional,
I had a couple of problems with the billing department but they were straighted out once the operator read all the information that was provided instead of just the first line
Once all the problems were solved everything fell into place. I would recommend American Home Shield to anyone looking for a company with outstanding customer service.
Solid service, very professional service provider
I've had AND for 15 years and never had a problem with them. I had a leak they sent 3 plumbing companies and a leak Detection company to try to find where the leak was coming from they knocked a hole in the wall found it fixed it and went a drywall man to fix wall. I've had other companies I'll keep AHS!!!
Because they are very good giving service, solving problems quickly, answer the phone when needed, the Contractors they use are good. I am very satisfied with the service they provide. That the reason I recommend them to all my family, friends and clients.

My problem always gets fixed by the repairman. The service companies are reputable. Never had a problem.
