I had a very productive experience and that has become a normal thing now that I have began to have contact with a young lady named Marly. I think the that her supervisor, Jeremy, and the company should know about the "over the top customer service" that she provides. She gives AHS a good name and I would have no problem telling other about the company. I must add that this has not be the case before now. Now I am very pleased to be with the company.

Because l had to pay $100.00 to company and $360.00 for freeon to fix a heat/air system.
I'm so glad I switch to AHS. It's so easy and convenient to do everything online. The companies that I have worked to fix my problems have been very professional and polite.

We have had American Home Shield for 21 years. The service we have received has always been above and beyond my expectations, except for twice. Unfortunately, I have nothing to say that is complimentary of the service I received that took from Nov 6 until Nov 13 to resolve, and I am not 100% confident that it has been resolved.
