My friend is a Realtor and recommended American Home Shield. I liked their history. For my first claim with them, they sent out BJ Home Appliances and they were very responsive. Their tech was very meticulous and quick, especially in this shelter-in-place time. He did a great job. Once he left, I had a follow-up question and he returned my call right away. That’s why his customer service is very good. I would recommend him. This was like a great experience and it all worked well so I was very happy.

Timely replacement of appliance
I was very impressed with the work I received. The other company just took my money and never fixed anything. So I am glad I switched back to American home shield. Don't believe the hype about getting a vetrans discount because you are not at all. You are just getting a ripoff.
