Mr. Velasco and the team at Prosperity were awesome! We reached out on a Wednesday and let Edwin know that we were going to view a home Saturday morning. He quickly went to work and moved mountains for us. By Friday we had a per-approval which lead to an offer being made the next day. Sunday night our realtor called and let us know that it was accepted. We ultimately closed within 30 days and couldn't be happier. Edwin is a true professional that will get the job done.
