John helped us in every way he could. He took all the time we needed, every time we needed it. He came to our closing and stayed through the whole time. We were told by the title company that he's the only loan officer that does that! How thoughtful is that? We have already recommended him.

Shelli was incredible! So worked so hard and never gave up. She never told us " sorry we aren't going to be able to get you a mortgage loan." She explored every option and found a solution to every obstacle we encountered.
Sheli was outstanding. She's very knowledgeable about the loan process and did everything she could to help us get the right loan for us and to get it done in a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend her.

The most easy home buying experience I could imagine. Easy navigation of the app. Quick esign to take care of documents. I felt like it took little to no time out of my busy life. They were all kind and professional and I would gladly use them again in the future if needed.

Everything was going good until the closing. Doing an out of state closing was new to them even though their corporate office is in California.
