I really could not be more please with Jennifer and her team. Excellent communication. Quick responses to questions and submitted documents. In addition to improving my rate, my goal was to reduce mortgage insurance costs. Jennifer helped me achieve that goal, as well as reducing the term. Comparing to my previous (FHA) loan, over the full life of the loan I will save $110,000 in interest and $63,000 in mortgage insurance. With a 16 month break even point.
Josh made the whole process smooth and easy. When we first started, he laid out all our options clearly and easy to understand. Through the process he kept us informed all the way to closing.
