This company is great, if you enjoy waiting until last minute for tasks that are required to close.. Only (barely) getting in contact with people via email.. . And then being stressed for the whole experience! Things started out wonderful, we had just over a month to close, and were promised that everything looked great, we shouldn't have any issues.
