Unfortunately, my husband and I have been waiting a couple of months just to get a quote. Every few weeks, my husband will reach back out and each time he’s gotten an apology and a response indicating we’d receive the plans and quote ‘by the end of the week’, or ‘before the end of the day tomorrow’ but a few months have passed now and we still have no plans, no quote, and certainly no pool. It’s been a real bummer. ☹️
