American River flooring gave us such a detailed bid that we accepted it even though it was not the lowest one. We knew that they had thought about this job carefully. The price was very reasonable and the floor is wonderful. Perfect. The installation group was extremely careful and professional. They finished in 3 days- earlier than anticipated and took care of a leaky faucet in the laundry while they were at it. They came out right away for an estimate when another carpet person didn’t work out and they were able to do the work within a week! Did an amazing job matching replacement baseboard and carpet. Highly recommend!! Thanks guys!

This company is excellent! I just used them again for flooring in my daughters room. In the past I have used them on three other homes. The services they have provided me with in the past are: carpet replacement, laminate, sheetrock repair work with texturing and painting. Years ago they painted my whole house and after a heavy rain some water got in and left marks on my ceiling. Even though it had nothing to do with their work and everything to do with my roof they came out and repaired it. Thats the kind of pride they take... read more
