Attention to detail makes all the difference, and that is what we got with American River Flooring and Painting. They installed hardwood flooring, carpet and tile in our home following a roof leak with major damage to the flooring; also did full interior/exterior painting. It was a big job and was attended to with professionalism and careful attention. I had a great experience with American River Flooring. They painted in the complete interior of my home and also took up the wall to wall carpeting and redid the hardwood floors that were under the carpeting. I am so happy with everything that was done. Don and Coleen, owners, are extremely professional, know their business and provide excellent service. Two of their employees (Juan and Peter) who worked on our floors on two different occaisions are absolutely the best. Had a great experience with American Flooring recently with the installation of some luxury vinyl plank. The job was complicated due to the demolition of existing glued-down product and having to match odd baseboard trim. Compliments to owner Don, salesperson Carrie, office assistant Melanie, and especially installer Juan, who is a perfectionist in his trade.
Carrie was pleasant to work with and was professional. Peter and his partner were on time and worked so quickly they had our carpet, pad and tack strips taken up in an hour and a half. Cleaned up everything and finished our job in 2 days. I am totally impressed with this company everyone was so pleasant to work with. I will definitely work with them again.
