Unfortunately he wasn’t able to make it that night he did call and let us know the situation and would be over in the morning. He really did seem like he wanted to do something for us but was tied to another job. He was very friendly and showed a lot of heart and that meant something to us. RecommendedDavid is the best!! He let me know that he could also replace my Nuvo water softener filter, which saves me from having to call my plumber. He also adjusted my gate so it would shut correctly! Now that is service above and beyond!!
RecommendedDavid came out and did a tune up on my furnace recently and his service was second to none. My furnace is nearing the end of its lifespan and he helped me set up a game plan to replace both my furnace and ac unit. He was conscientious of my budget and had some great suggestions. Great customer service is a dying art, thank you for keeping it alive. I would recommend action to anyone and have started referring my customers. It is nice to have someone you trust and that cares. First for the good part of this review. Our technician, Chris, was by far one of the best I have ever worked with. Polite, easy to understand, left the work space neat and tidy. Five stars and more for him. Now the bad part. EXTEREMLY EXPENSIVE! Almost akin to price gouging...and to a senior citizen at that! Well over 400.00 for a Glacier Bay faucet from Home Depot, plus an emergency shut off valve. A total of $762.00!!! Waited all day for a tech to be dispatched, it was after 5pm before the work was started. Kind of had us... read more
