Gus Bermudes, the Technician who came to my house yesterday, was very polite and informative. He has such a positive personality, he greeted me as if we were old friends. After examining my furnace, he told me that there was no electric power going to the furnace and that it was a PECO electric issue. He waited with me until I called PECO, so that he could talk to the Representative and explain exactly what the problems were.
