Listing a home is the easy part. When our house went under contract Stacie Ewing really went to work. She always answered promptly our numerous phone calls. Was available to let the other real estate agent, buyer, inspector, gas personnel, etc. in the house if we were not available to let them inside. Stacie was at the closing with us to answer additional questions. She is still offering to help in anyway after the closing.
Since we live 10 hours from Idlewild, it was difficult to be there all the time that was required to have the things completed for the cabin to be in compliance with every regulation. Stacie was great in finding workman to do the tasks, stayed on top of the work, and kept us very well informed about all progress.
