Two months ago I had a major leak in kitchen and dining area which soaked my carpeting, I called John Hunter who responded to me late that evening. He was there the next day to survey the damage. I decided to replace flooring in both rooms with vinyl plank. Flooring was ordered and work completed within a week. Service technician was very professional and did a great job. I followed up with an advertisement i had seen online and John Hunter responded rapidly and we set up an appointment time. he was prompt and on time every time. Pricing was fair and Douglas did a great job installing our new flooring.
I had some water damage and these guys came out today and replaced 3 rooms and hallway.i had a hand full of estimates done. And met with the representative's before hand so they could see I truly needed a great team in. I have a special needs daughter. So picky mom. John Hunter was the greatest and the guys he sent out were like I hand picked them myself. Professional and very respectful and above all great work at affordable price. Our dog got sick and badly stained a carpet and 3 rugs. My wife called this morning and they got to our house by 1:00 and spent an hour and a half cleaning. I was expecting a rather large bill but he did all 4 areas for the grand total of $100. Thankfully the dog is okay and the carpet and rugs look great!
Had a wonderful experience with my sale's associate Gene, and the installers, I apologize the only name I got was Maria. Her crew were great, punctual and professional.
