We had a very disappointing experience. Wanted an estimate for a kitchen reno. A designer came out (she was an hour and a half late), took measurements, discussed what we wanted, and said that she would send us an estimate in a couple of days. We haven't heard from her since then, despite following up with her multiple times. We even tried calling the main office to ask about the status, and the receptionist forwarded us to a manager's voicemail. No response from that person either. We're extremely disappointed. Constructive Critique only: For the most part, the people that I've dealt with over the phone, were good folks, despite a few flaws Pro's: 1) For the most part, the final product was good. Much better than what we had previously. 2) Good conversation on phone, Accommodating and want to do the right thing. 3) All are hardworking and want to deliver a great product. We did our order to install kitchen countertops through Costco and they used America's Dream HomeWorks. The process was great and all done within one month. There was some communication challenges but all and all top notch work and after the technical walk through to do measurements the installation was all done in one day. Would definitely recommend them.

I employed ADH for a large home renovation project (new siding insolation, water heater, water softener, plumbing/gas lines moved, rain gutters & down spouts). My primary concerns are the inconsistent quality of the work and the poor/inconsistent communication (English is not the first language for many of the employees), people not showing up when expected or showing up unexpectedly when I was not on the property to monitor the work). Beware! Started out selecting sliding doors for shower but when they were verifying before ordering they said I could get one glass that doesn't move. I loved the idea except when they installed it was two sliding and gave me an excuse why they couldn't get the stationary door. The only problem is with a small bathroom the only way to open the doors from inside the shower is on the wrong side. Where they placed it we would have to climb over the toilet to get out. After contacting the company they were propt in returning my call and setting up the appointment for an estimate. Once Vlad got out to the house he said he wouldn't be able to give me an estimate on the spot which is what I kind of expected due to the project. I am wanting to add a covered porch that looks like it was built with the house originally (the house is only 6 months old) this isn't a straight forward basic project but it isn't an overly complicated project either. Originally no stars but adjusted to 3. Original. they didnt do any work for me but what a waste of time. First he told me that their tubs range between $2500 to $17000 when I told him we wanted a freestanding. Took no measurements and tried to "wow" me with dropping things like they dont use hot mop but use Hydroblock instead. In researching hydroblock, it seems fine but its obviously geared towards DIYers. This was not the place for me.
