I'm so upset with our experience with ADH. We made an appointment for a week out to have someone come to our home to measure. We then went to their showroom the next day to get an idea of what we wanted. We met the designer that was scheduled to come out to our house that day too. When she came out, she was very friendly and spent quite a bit of time with us. She wasn't super familiar with their computer software as she said she was self taught.
