Ordered 700+ feet of fence, showed up looking ok. When we unpackaged it the bottom rolls of chain link had multiple damaged spots. Was missing the tension wire and no instructions. When inquired about these they said there is instructions on the website, which there are but with terrible images and some images that don’t even load. They claimed a new roll of wire would be shipped, but haven’t heard anything back nor will they return any calls or emails. Should’ve bought elsewhere
Placed an order of over 3k on the 20th of May and have tried calling multiple times only to get voicemail after voicemail. I'm not sure if this company is even legit. I wouldn't have ordered knowing I could not contact anyone regarding my order.
Do not accept returns on "custom" items that are not customized. Be very careful when you order.

Possibly the worst experience I’ve had ordering something from anywhere. I placed a residential order 01/29/2021, part of it came 03/01/2021 with incorrect size gate latches which was corrected. But I’m still short 90 ft of chain link top rail to this day. I have gone back and forth, kindly until this point, with their National Sales representative being told it will be rectified, and nothing has been sent. I did two residential orders. The second order came in and was ok. But my first order was half the size. We didn't install or unwrapped the three bundles immediately only to learn that instead of 305ft we got 155ft. I called and emailed ,talked to a few people who promised to sort this out with no follow up or result up to date. For perspective my order was 11/2020 ..order number **42 I am still out 155ft of black 72in Black chain link and have incurred extra cost to get my job continue as I wait for this to be resolved. ... read more
Zero communication after a sale. I have tried several times to contact them via phone, and by e-mail, and I have not had any response once the order was placed. Website says 10-12 days lead time to ship, confirmation e-mail says 2-3 weeks. I am over the 3 week mark, and still no word about a possible ship date. Maybe this will get their attention, and I can get my order shipped.
