They will not accept returns or exchanges on "custom" item. Which includes commonly sized unassembled gates. Be very careful when you are ordering. I'm out over $800. They really should note when ordering that all gates are custom items. After speaking to customer service, they had the audacity to ask if I wanted to reorder the correct size item at full price... I would never work with this company again. They also have different sites and company name based on their location. I would assume they do this so negative reviews ... read more

In August 2023, I created my fence plan using their online design tool and transformed it into a shopping cart for the item order. However, upon receiving the order, I discovered that the gate was missing—possibly an oversight on my part or an issue with their website. I proceeded to install the fence without the gate, placed a separate order for the gate, and added additional items in October 2023. Despite numerous calls, I have yet to receive the gate. I placed a medium sized order on Monday morning, hoping to have it delivered within 2 weeks. There were conflicting details on how long it would take on the web site versus my order confirmation email. So I emailed, and Kyle answered almost immediately. At this time, they were about 2 weeks out (similar to what was posted on the website). Part of the hold up was a custom gate that had to be built. So we moved to Nebraska and needed a vinyl fence, they worked with us and and our timeliness and fence went up quick and looks amazing. Then we needed a section removed to have sod installed and I called the PM Penny who was amazing in helping get it done free of charge. I'd recommend them to anyone in the area looking to have a fence installed

Horrible customer service. I’m in the building industry and they have given me the run a round for over a month. Now they want to delay another week after promising a specific day. I’ve lost jobs because of their promises. Find a different supplier!!!
