Stay away from the Service Department. They are complete liars. I was quoted over $400 for an iol filter relocation kit ended walking out of the place paying over $580 for an oil change on a V Star 1100. I was getting an oil change asked to put the relocation kit on said $484, kinda high but being disabled i needed it done. Said part was leaking needed to be replaced, i said just put it back to factory. I saw it leaking the bike wasn't put back together (which you know a V Star gotta take a pipe off, ect. To do oil). This clown show of a business has had my brand new ranger in the shop for exactly 34 days and not a single call from them on the status. I was told every week that I call that they would be in touch by the end of the week. Same story every time I call. I could had saved money by going to Abernathy in union city but thought I would try to shop local. Local sucks in this case. Make the drive to Union City if you are in the market for a Polaris.
Terrible customer service and management. Purchased a CanAm here a little over a year ago. Also got the extended warranty to go with it. However, when a switch went out, they wouldn't replace it because they claimed nothing was wrong with it since it might cost them a dollar. To this day the switch still does not work. Called management at Dickson and all they wanted to do was smart off. Called upper management twice and never received a call back. Terrible management and experience all around.
