I had a lot of questions when I called, and I feel I got sound, honest answers. I spent a few hundred more than I would have needed to if I just used my neighbors tool and hook splices, but from what I read I needed to talk to someone in the know. My machine does silage bales and has Mato splices. Your prices were the best around. I wish I could remember the name of the guy I talked to, but he confirmed what I had read and left me feeling I'd made the right decision. Thanks!
