Some of the settlements are a little slow going thru but other than that a great job

Friendly, courteous, and never once rushed me or pressured me throughout the process. She walked me through every little thing and answered every question, while always being kind, non judgmental and awesome. The representatives are all incredibly good at keeping me informed on my standings with my creditors and always letting me know what to do and they are very friendly and helpful.
I like that they explain everything to you and don't have a problem breaking anything down if you don't understand. There customer service department are very pleasant and easy to talk to.
