I am new to the process however, everyone that I have dealt with has been very friendly, helpful and patient. Its a lot of information to process and to get everything set up. Everything so far has been explained every step of the way. There are information emails that are sent regularly to help answer any questions or concerns that may arise and there is always an invitation to contact them directly if desired.
