So far, I am very pleased with the service they provide! I would say many of the customer service folks are great… just a few have brought this rating down. If you get someone unhelpful, hang up and try again. Honestly, I’m glad I took this step for my financial future.
I was impressed with the patients and efficiency the representative had. I was grateful for the time he took to thoroughly explain things and walk me through the process. He explained everything very thoroughly and knew exactly what I needed to do when I got lost signing the paperwork..

Entering into the program i was very nervous, but they were there every still of the way and made me feel better. My 6 credit cards were settled in 8 month s and have now been enrolled into the crdit 9 debt consolidation loan! Its been a great experience they did exactly as they said they would from the start!
