Customer care was outstanding. Whom ever you speak with is knowledgeable and very amicable. Directing you to the best person to talk with is very prompt.
The overall introduction and taking care of all that went beautiful what I don't like is now I'm being hit by my creditors as a late payment and I've never been late before in my life that's my only objection
My initial contact was fantastic. Michael was amazing at explaining the program and how it works. I can't really judge any of the rest at this point but Michael was good enough at his job I'm going to give them a shot. I will update this review as I progress through the program.
