Customer service is very kind and helpful
I like that they explain everything to you and don't have a problem breaking anything down if you don't understand. There customer service department are very pleasant and easy to talk to.
Americor is very informative and a great job well done!
Everything was great and the people were really nice. The only thing I will say is that because I was told it would only be a couple of days until I knew, and it was over a week. It made me quite nervous. But it all worked out and thank you.

Americor has been very straightforward with me about my debt resolution, and has always answered me honestly. During the signup process, they had a number of questions to determine my eligibility, and we decided to not include a couple of the creditors because of my relationship with them.
