My experience was all that I hope it to be. My stress level was high and the interaction I had with the Rep was what made it worthwhile. He was knowledgeable and had empathy for my situation and said he was here to help and that is exactly what he did. My stress level was 0 at the end and I am now on my way to resolving my problem.
I finally feel as if I made the right decision in talking care of and trying to eliminate my debt. I tried a couple of ways. One put me in even more debt and required more money after I signed the papers for a loan the second company didn't not make the process very clear so I called and canceled the program. Americor fully explained the process they would take to help me to eliminate my debt. They were very patient with me and explained in detail what to expect as I complete the process of eliminating my debt.
