The process was seamless. The only problem is when I requested a change to the allocation of debts I wanted to pay, I did not get a return call. It seems after the initial call the level of customer service has failed.
I've only been in the program for a month and 1 of 4 of my accounts have already got a settlement offer. Trust the process. Americor rocks.
