In the first 2 weeks they helped me with one account. I'm happy because they make sure I fixed my credit. I'm happy.
I was not able to reach most people when I needed questions answered. The only person I was able to reach was the person I spoke to the first time and his name was Eda and he was wonderful. He had to ask questions to answer to his supervisors to be able to answer my questions.
It was a very appropriate and just very helpful situation. I thought Americor very helpful. My rep was very patient. She helped me out, gave suggestions, gave ideas, she listened very carefully to what I was saying and answered any questions that I had.
You should talk to the reps to explain the circumstances you have right now, to see whatever they can offer to help you. The person who's taking care of me is listening to me and tries to advise me on whatever is the best. So far it's very good. It's helping me.
They have been very knowledgeable and helpful. I was glad I came across this company because they're helping me out tremendously to get back on my feet. I truly appreciate it. They're very responsive, they call to keep me in the loop. They text me if they can't reach me by phone because I work crazy hours and I'm everywhere. They made me feel really at ease so I let them do what they need to do to to help me out.
I think they would be a good fit for anybody that is looking for a way to lower their payment. They were very nice, they were very in-depth explaining what the process was and and that means a lot as far as I'm concerned. They answered any questions we had.

It's a good experience. They always explain everything to you. You don't have to ask them. Basically they explain what what the interest rate you will wind up getting, how much you would have to pay out at the end. Anything basically that you ask them, they will give you your answer. They don't have hidden costs that you're going to have to pay them something, so they'll tell you what it is if you ask them. It's a good experience.
