Basically they explain what what the interest rate you will wind up getting, how much you would have to pay out at the end. Anything basically that you ask them, they will give you your answer. They don't have hidden costs that you're going to have to pay them something, so they'll tell you what it is if you ask them. It's a good experience.
Americor was on spot and told me exactly what they would do and how easy this transition would be. Very knowledgeable staff and very friendly.
