Americor explained everything to me and my advisor was so nice and did not show any judgement on my ridiculous amount of credit card debt. It is finally starting to pay down debt with 2 out of 4 creditors reaching settlement. It gives me hope for the two left to settle. It takes time to get enough money in the savings account to negotiate with. Americor has been helpful and flexible to my unique needs when I have encountered unexpected financial hardships. Each person who I have worked with has been professional. Where I have used the online communication feature I have less success and this is where I find it more challenging to work with on a few occassions.
