Time and time again, Amerigas and their call center's have failed us. I'm even a GenX, and I cannot stand their call center process. On 1/22; my wife and I simultaneously called as she could not get through. She is the account holder. Her phone call dropped, mine stayed on. During the call, they asked for the authorized user. My wife took my phone and said her name, and said that I can be an authorized user. Apparently, though a simple process, that was not done. Again... My delivery was supposed to be 2 days ago I am about to run out of gas . This happened to me too 12/24/22 no hotwater and couldn't cook for Christmas I had to flag down a driver and he was coming from MIAMI......to my neighbor hood no drivers I thought the holidays was over .Now they said it will be here tomorrow I have zero....faith my delivery was due on the 22nd
Worst company ever. Overseas phone reps who don’t know what they are doing or saying. Poor follow up, expensive propane and false promises.
this is the worst company ever... their service awful and the lied more than 4 times stating the deliveries would be made that day and they never arrived....
This is now going on 4 separate occasions Amerigas has guaranteed a scheduled delivery date when my tank was less than 10% and never showed. I placed a will call order when the tank was at 30% (as the website recommends). I was given a SCHEDULED delivery date for two days after my inital call. It is now 2 weeks later, still no delivery. AmeriGas is the biggest fraudster gas company I have ever seen. We have been without gas for 3 days now. Paid the expedited fee, for no reason because it has still been 3 days. Have been made multiple promises to come fill it and then no one shows after I miss an entire day of work for no reason. I cannot wait for them to come fill this tank and I cancel my service. They have let me run out of propane for 4 straight years every January and usually on the coldest day. Number 5 was last night 1/21/2024. Claim their digital platform on their app here in VT. was not functioning - so why didn’t someone call?? % read 39 but ZERO on tanks. Am on Auto delivery and have a unique situation in my living space with pipes to my upstairs apt. in the ceiling of the garage below. Have to have heat so the pipes don’t burst. This company is complete trash and I am canceling my service with AmeriGas. I paid for gas to be delivered to my property on October 5, 2023. When full, the gas lasts one year for my home. I was charged $365.29. The gas lasted less than 90 days. It should also be noted that the delivery driver on Oct 5 did not leave an invoice. Further, it should be known that my last invoice dated Sept 30, 2022, the gas lasted over a year. So, I know I was not delivered the full amount of gas I paid for. If I could zero stars I would. I have been a custom for 10+ years with Amerigas. The last 2 years (ever since they got rid of all my local branches) I get charged for “not filling my tank enough” an it’s also been the second year in a row that I scheduled a January delivery, received a delivery date and they have not shown up.
