WORST COMPANY TO COMMUNICATE WITH ON BILLING.AS LONG AS YOU'RE PAYING, ALL GOOD. HAVE A PROBLEM,,,,,,, WELL THAT'S A PROBLEM!!!! THEY ARE BILLING ME TWICE FOR SOMETHING I NEVER WANTED, BUT I PAID JUST TO GET PAST ALL THIS. NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO BILL ME AGAIN FOR EVEN MORE!!!! AND KEEP ADDING INTEREST TO A BILL I DON'T EVEN OWE!!! THEY ARE NOT MY PROPANE COMPANY, BUT THEY KEEP SENDING ME BILLS!!! THEY ARE NOT GETTING NO MORE MONEY FROM ME!!!!!!!! PLEASE HELP
My propane pressure was low so they sent out a tech to test it and yes the pressure regulator was bad. The tech replaced it because it was well within warranty (2 years into a 5 year warranty term) and told me I wasn't going to be charged because it was a warranty replacement. 5 months later I get a bill stating I owe almost $300 for the service call and "low pressure concern". No, I don't owe this bill. It was caused by their faulty equipment. This is for a service location in Pahrump, NV.
