This is the worst company to deal with! If you need customer service be ready to be on the phone for an hour if not more and might talk to two people during that time. Use a different company! Beware they should be called ***** Gas not Amerigas! They said they delivered gas and it never was!
Worst company I have ever dealt with. Nothing but apologies. Deliveries late, unauthorized work done to my tank. If I could give them 0 stars I would or even negative stars. Don't waste your time with this company.
As others have stated already, WORST COMPANY EVER. I won't bother going into the details - just look at the other reviews. Do not sign up for service with this company - go anywhere else - ANYWHERE!
My propane tank was down to 5% and when the ice storm hit, we ran out of heat. The company was able to see on their end that we were low and did not even notify us. They then proceeded to charge us a $300 service call fee in order to fill the tank out of our regular delivery schedule. We were without heat for 5 days.

**************** is awful. Overseas call centers with representatives speaking with accents that even there own employees can't understand. Scheduled service appointments are not kept. Service **** arrive un-equpped to do the service required. The only thing that arrives on time is their bill.
If I could give a negative star I would. Amerigas let elderly people on auto refill run out of propane during winter weather. We were unable to use our heat, our gas stove or are gas fireplace. When we attempted to call we were placed on hold for hours. We were promised deliveries that never came. Terrible customer service. Very disappointing.
Do NOT use Amerigas. Check other companies near you and I bet they are half the cost. I made numerous attempts to speak with customer service to remain a customer with them, but nobody I talked to cared to assist me with lowering my bill what so ever. I switched companies and now have a bill for $460 for them to pick up my tank. My contract said it would be much less than that, but since my contract also states they can change the price at anytime, they said too bad.
