Terrible customer service. When calling to request a delivery or billing quest the call center representatives do not speak English very well. Cant understand what they are saying. The website is not at all user friendly & they charge a fee of $25 to pay online! They dont post payments when you make a payment for almost 2 months then they charge $36 late fee. They charge $3 for each printed bill! They charge $9 fuel recovery fee every month!
This company is terrible. **************** should be a -5. You can't even understand the person you are talking to when you call customer service. My nightmare started when I asked them to come pick up my tank in December of 2023. My husband had passed away and I no longer needed to have the tank. I contacted them in February to see when they were going to pick up the tank. I also asked if there were any charges for this and they told me no. I have this in writing. Every time they fill my tank they always short me 10%. When I call to ask about my missing 10% I am connected to someone who barely speaks English and doesnt understand basic math. Terrible company so I am switching to someone else.

0 stars The worst customer service I've ever experienced. My mama died in Sept. prior to her passing I helped her pay her bill, Amerigas had just came out & filled her tank. She died 2 days after the bill was paid. In Jan. when I started cleaning up & cleaning out the house my *********** noticed a receipt in the door where they had came out & "topped" off her tank. Terrible company - charge you through the nose with fee after fee and even charge you $200 to close your account and pick up your tank!Terrible customer service and insanely expensive, would never recommend to anyone.
In April of this year, I has a natural gas meter installed for a water heater and other appliances, so I called Amerigas to cancel service. After maneuvering through the customer service calls for ************************************************** their scheduling system was "not working," so they would call me to schedule a pickup time. They sent me a bill for over $2,000.00 dollars. We have been a customer for over 40 years and monthly bill is usually around $40.00-80.00 a month. In the last 4 months they sent bills for over $2500.00. I have called them and they have not changed the amount due? They sent someone out to read the meter which read 351 the next month 375 yet they send me a billfor over $2,000 dollars
Horrific company to deal with. Examples, received notice they would charge 10% for credit cards. I called 3/29 and requested they remove their tank and asked for driver to make contact to confirm location. 4/8 i made a 2nd call after no contact. **************** rep stated tank would be removed 4/11.
