Again... My delivery was supposed to be 2 days ago I am about to run out of gas . This happened to me too 12/24/22 no hotwater and couldn't cook for Christmas I had to flag down a driver and he was coming from MIAMI......to my neighbor hood no drivers I thought the holidays was over .Now they said it will be here tomorrow I have zero....faith my delivery was due on the 22nd

this is the worst company ever... their service awful and the lied more than 4 times stating the deliveries would be made that day and they never arrived....

Time and time again, Amerigas and their call center's have failed us. I'm even a GenX, and I cannot stand their call center process. On 1/22; my wife and I simultaneously called as she could not get through. She is the account holder. Her phone call dropped, mine stayed on. During the call, they asked for the authorized user. My wife took my phone and said her name, and said that I can be an authorized user. Apparently, though a simple process, that was not done. I recently placed an order for propane with Amerigas. After waiting a full week after they said they would have it out to me, I called a call center somewhere on the other side of the world. I canceled the delivery and was told the first time that only a credit to my account could be appropriated, then got transferred to the billing department to get disconnected several times because they "couldn't hear me". Worst company ever. Overseas phone reps who don’t know what they are doing or saying. Poor follow up, expensive propane and false promises.

Worst customer service ever - I ordered propane 2 weeks ago with a delivery date that was supposed to be LAST week - but now with a week overdue from Anmerigas delivery , I'm down to 3% gas and when I call for delivery update . with an answering service now in the Philippines - they say that they CANNOT call locally or call dispatch to see where my propane is - and this is on a PREPAID order - disgusted and frustrated and COLD

Worst business I have ever encountered.Now they quoted 2000.00 to buy tank while we are still waiting on refill using 3 electric heaters to stay warm,so we won’t be empty when they finally show up and have to pay another fee.By the way,called in order when tank was at 30.Any ideas on how to get free from them.same thing happened last year.

This is now going on 4 separate occasions Amerigas has guaranteed a scheduled delivery date when my tank was less than 10% and never showed. I placed a will call order when the tank was at 30% (as the website recommends). I was given a SCHEDULED delivery date for two days after my inital call. It is now 2 weeks later, still no delivery. Each day I have called, just for them to guarantee a delivery the next day and still no show! I have been rationing propane the last 2 weeks to keep my family from freezing. If I could zero stars I would. I have been a custom for 10+ years with Amerigas. The last 2 years (ever since they got rid of all my local branches) I get charged for “not filling my tank enough” an it’s also been the second year in a row that I scheduled a January delivery, received a delivery date and they have not shown up. I live in Michigan, scheduled my delivery while my tank was at 30% and we have recently had -25 days today was my delivery date 1-22-24 and I’m now at 15% propane with more cold weather on the way and ... read more
